Lawrence Lucas, Chairman

Larry Lucas is an experienced entrepreneur with a focus on development, project management, politics and operations.

Mr. Lucas served as the Chairman of the Board of UBET, a NASDAQ listed company. During his leadership term he helped grow company revenues from $30 million to $200 million, and oversaw the successful sale of the company to Churchill Downs.

With a professional background that has taken him all over the globe, Mr. Lucas has worked on major business projects in Panama, Argentina, Brazil, Columbia, Mexico, and Croatia. He earlier served as a consultant to Codere S.A. In that role, he was tasked with reviewing all of Codere's operations in the Americas.

Mr. Lucas served on the Illinois Department of Natural Resources advisory board for 12 years, and on the board of directors of the Max McGraw Wildlife Foundation.

Prentice Salter, President

Prentice M. Salter provides management services for businesses seeking to improve their performance, expand existing operations, develop new concepts, or start up initially. Mr. Salter has led projects for a full range of business ventures including restaurants, entertainment venues, hotels, and casinos in the U.S., Asia and Central America. Mr. Salter and his projects have been featured on CNN, and in Time, the South China Morning Post, The Hindu, Financial Times and many industry publications.

Mr. Salter most recently led the development of a country-wide network of 63 off-track betting facilities in the Dominican Republic, bringing much needed job creation and economic development opportunities to the island nation, while increasing revenue by over 100%. Simultaneously, he helped build the management team for the Hipodromo VCentenario, a government run horse track. This involved overseeing a year around operation with 700 employees, while establishing business protocols which increased revenues by 30%. These increases were achieved by analyzing existing operations, implementing new methodologies and systems, managing business or government contacts, recruiting talent and training executive management.

Previously, Mr. Salter served as a senior executive of the Sands Macau. He led project teams in concept development, planning, and construction management, building relationships with government officials, investors and contractors. Mr. Salter also developed and implemented marketing programs to quickly establish an international presence for the facility. Ultimately, Mr. Salter managed 1200 team members in a hotel, restaurant and entertainment complex which generated a 100% ROI in the first 12 months.

Mr. Salter’s prior experience within the hotel, restaurant and hospitality industries includes working with major hotel chains in Boston; at five restaurants of the renowned Levy organization in Chicago; a new venture in Fort Lauderdale, Florida; and with Nine Group in Chicago, Illinois and Las Vegas.

Jeff Franklin

Jeff Franklin has spent more than three decades working in all facets of the professional gaming and horse racing industries. From representing numerous leading U.S. jockeys, including 1988 Kentucky Derby winner Gary Stevens, to leading a number of cutting edge online gaming companies, Jeff’s experience is broad and spans a number of fields.

Jeff’s online gaming career began at largest Advance deposit wagering company in the United States-- where he eventually became President of Online Services. In that role, he was responsible for design and implementation of all wagering UIs, loyalty programs, CRM platforms, and key business partnerships. Youbet reached record EBITDA of 13.6MM during his tenure while the company showed YOY growth exceeding 25%.

Prior to this work, Jeff served as president, U.S. Operations for Dublin, Ireland-based GBE Technologies, Inc. for, coming to that position after four years as operator of The New York Racing Association, Inc.’s remote gaming platforms, where he oversaw handle growth from $120 million to $255 million. Jeff also served as Chief Executive Officer of Xpressbet, Inc, while overseeing annual growth exceeding 40%.

Jeff currently serves as account wagering consultant for NYRA/Thoro-graph, Inc. where he was responsible for development of all contracts, technical solutions, rebate/rewards programs, and launch planning for Thoro-Graph Player Services, the first jointly operated ADW venture for both organizations, and Revolutionary Racing, where he directs strategic contact with various gaming entities including GBE Technologies, Foxwoods Resort Casino, The New York Racing Association, Los Alamitos Race Course, The Oregon Racing Commission, and The North Dakota Racing Commission. Jeff also acted as a member of the Revolutionary Racing negotiating team that came to a breakthrough agreement on operating terms with the Virginia Equine Alliance.

Before his entry into the online gaming world, Jeff represented numerous leading U.S. jockeys, including the aforementioned Kentucky Derby winner Gary Stevens, as well as Pat Valenzuela, Jose Santos, Robbie Davis, and Darrel McHargue, among others.

Jeff holds active gaming licenses with the Oregon Racing Commission and the California Horse Racing Board.

Mike Salvaris

Mike Salvaris has spent his professional career building and growing businesses in media, sports and technology. He brings a wide ranging skillset and a history of assisting individuals and corporations in navigating and understanding complicated and challenging situations and markets.

Mike is currently the managing director of Remistidis, LLC, where he where he works on building businesses at the nexus of media and technology. In this capacity Mike serves interim operating roles at VC-backed startups and PE portfolio companies, as well as advising Fortune 500 companies in areas of strategy, new business growth and consumer insights.

Prior to his time with Remistidis, LLC, Mike worked with McKinsey and Company both in the United States and the United Kingdom, serving clients in the media, technology and sports sectors.

Mike’s time with McKinsey and Company was preceded by several years as a commercial litigation attorney with Deacons (now Norton Rose) in Australia.

Mike received a bachelor’s degree in law, and a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Monash University in Australia. He earned a postgraduate degree in applied finance from the Securities Institute of Australia, and a Master’s in Business Administration from the London Business School. Mike is a native of Australia.
